As we saw before, the "O" symbolizes Consciousness; the "M" symbolizes Matter.
But where is the third ingredient of creation, the Energy?
Energy is the transforming element that makes it possible for the "O" to appear as "M"!
It is the energy that is responsible for consciousness to manifest itself as matter.
Before Consciousness takes on the form of a Human Being of flesh and blood, it goes trough several stages of manifestation.
These stages form our subtle bodies, also called energy bodies.

The following names I find the best. Proceeding from consciousness to dense matter, we can identify the following subtle or energy bodies:
